Accumulating more than ten years of software development experience, I am familiar with the software development lifecycle, development technologies, and common industry standards. Since I previously worked in multinational companies with more than 100 employees and in startup teams with fewer than 10 people, participated in development teams with engineers from 8 countries, and also took on cases, I am adaptable to different work environments. During my work, I have gained experience at different levels such as engineer, team leader, and senior manager, and have also co-founded a company, so I can give appropriate advice based on different stages.

In music, I studied piano from a young age and have joined bands in church and fellowship groups. I have experience playing the piano, electronic keyboard, guitar, jazz drums, singing, and conducting. For several years, I frequently served as the pianist and accompanist for church gatherings of thousands of people, so I am familiar with the skills needed for accompanying different numbers of people and in different venues. I am also familiar with traditional hymns and modern church music, and other styles of music. In college, I took an elective subject in composition offered by the Music Department and have basic knowledge and experience in composition.

After getting married, I have two children and have lived with them in Taiwan and Europe, so I know how to help young children quickly adapt to new environments and adjust their body clock.
